Historical Masterchef is a parody of the BBC cookery competition Masterchef.
In each of the sketches, two judges (portrayed by Ben Willbond & Jim Howick) taste some of the most strange & unique dishes from different contestants, all from different eras of history.

One-eyed Bart, Pirate[]

Eadbert, Saxon Man[]

Eadbert (portrayed by Laurence Rickard), a starving Saxon man, is forced to trade in his son for food. He also dishes up some rock hard bread.
He's the only one who doesn't make it to the finals, as some of his immoral & illegal acts land him in jail.

Hilda, WWII Berlin Housewife[]

A Berlin housewife (portrayed by Martha Howe-Douglas) demonstrates some truly outlandish wartime substitutes.
Roland the Crusader[]

A Crusader has his old crone prepare some disturbing dishes from the latest campaign.
Tudor Chef[]

There are shed loads of meat from a Tudor cook from Hampton Court (portrayed by Mathew Baynton), who decides to strip down in the kitchen!
